Avocado hair mask recipe for nourished hair.

Hi hair lovers!

This is a truly deeply nourishing mask you can whip up in a minute. I know you can buy over the counter hair masks but when you are taking some self-care time it is nice to make your own. Pure and natural. Your hair will thank you for it.

 

This is my recipe for a nourishing avocado hair mask:

• Using a fork, mix 2 egg yolks, half a ripe avocado and a tablespoon of organic honey.
• First, wash your hair and dry it gently with a towel.
• Apply the mask to your damp hair, wrap a towel around it and leave the mask on for half an hour to an hour.
• Then rinse it thoroughly with lukewarm water (beware, hot water turns eggs into scrambled eggs).
